
The purpose of Application Support is provide assistance and help in using and troubleshooting popular applications.
We will investigate and assist the end-user in situations such as:
For simplicity, we offer two stand-alone packages, “Business Applications Support” and “Creative Applications Support”.
As the names suggests, each provides support on the most popular applications.
Both packages provide unlimited telephone support directly to the End-User for the relevant applications in the appropriate package.
We encourage the end-users to call us direct and speak to our UK-based engineers who are familiar in the use of these products.
Support is provided through either "hand-holding" on the telephone, or remote access support (using Apple Remote Desktop or similar), together with help on reconfiguration, re-installation and any compatibility issues.
Each Package provides support for your end-users to help them resolve errors and problems they may face, together with advice in using the applications at the type of level of “How can I...?” or “When using XYZ how do I ... ” type issues.
When a Customer requires support on an application not listed in either the Creative or Business Package, we can often find and manage Technical Specialists in a particular field and then integrate their support into an umbrella Support contract. (eg Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D etc)

Every customers’ needs are different, so for this reason we provide a number of “Support Modules” from which you can assemble a personalised “Support Package” that best suits your requirements and budget.
