
If you do not have a Support Contract with us, we are happy to accept Apple equipment into our workshop for warranty repair, but we do ask that you follow a few simple steps to ensure that the process is a straightforward as possible.
01 If you need a repair on an iPod, click here
02 If it is a Macintosh or Apple peripheral (such as a monitor) , please check that your Apple product is still under warranty. Please check it’s Status by clicking here
03 If Apple confirms that it is still under warranty, call 01279 818102 to book an appointment Monday to Friday, or
04 Call in at our Stansted Open Surgery on Saturday, between 9.45 and 12.45, where no appointment is necessary.
05 Please bring the faulty equipment, but not Cables, Disks, Manuals, Keyboards etc unless specifically asked to do so, as we do not usually need them.
06 Please bring Proof of ID, which we may copy. The same ID must be used when the equipment is collected, as we wouldn’t want to give your equipment to someone else.
