If either of the two Support Packages is taken, Network Services Support is included automatically and at no extra cost.
Network Services provides diagnosis or test of Network / Internet protocols and access issues for the end user, including diagnosis for services such as HTTP, FTP, SMB/AFP Share Access, Printer accessibility etc and general network issues.
Although it does not include repair to cabling and infrastructure hardware (eg Hubs/Switches etc ); this is available elsewhere separately through Managed Services.
