Using our remote access and control tools, we may be able to diagnose and fix the fault remotely whilst you wait; or if not we can arrange one of our engineers to come on-site.
If we sort the problem over the phone we charge a flat fee of £35 (excl VAT) but if we need to come out to you then our charges start from £70 (ex-VAT) for the call out.
Unlike our competitors, the call out includes

- the first hour with the engineer
The call out response time is usually 8 Hours, but faster, or even immediate call outs are possible. You do not need to be a contract or existing customer to use this service.
