We can provide consultancy, advice, data recovery, in fact the full range of services for you or your business on an on-demand basis.
Athough you do not have to book an appointment, we suggest that you call us first to ensure that we have the right engineers available to help you.
If you need an Apple Warranty repair carried out, and do not have a Support Contract with us, we run a "no-appointment necessary", Saturday Surgery from 9.45 till 4.00. Click here for further details.
Our Walk-In Support Service is open to anybody from 9.00am till 5.00pm, Monday to Friday or other times by prior arrangement.
We do not charge to speak to our sales or admin staff; but we charge £65 (excl VAT) per hour for advice from our engineers and for non-Apple warranty workshop repairs.
If you are VAT registered, or starting a new business, we may be able to setup an account, otherwise we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Workshop repairs are usually looked at the same day, with turnaround times of typically less than 4 Days. The status of your repair can be tracked on our live booking system.
